CANCELLATION POLICY

  • When you book your appointment, a text/email will be sent to you to confirm and secure your booking using a payment card. If you do not confirm and secure your appointment we cannot guarantee your appointment.
  • If you have any problems confirming your appointment please call us for our help.
 
  • You will not be charged anything prior to your hair appointment.
 
  • You will be able to cancel for free and move your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.
 
  • Cancellation Fees:  If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your booking you will be changed 50% of the service price.
 
  • Failure to attent your appointment without notice may result in you being charged the full cost of your service.
 
  • Stone Hair does not store any of your credit card details. Your details are stored securely within the Fresha Booking System.
